The iOS app costs $9.99 one-time on the App Store and is provided as-is — use it however you like. The source bundle is licensed for personal and commercial use, including shipping derivative apps under your own brand. The only thing you can't do is resell the unmodified source bundle as-is.
The Aside iOS app is sold on Apple's App Store as a one-time $9.99 purchase. By installing and using it you agree these terms apply.
The app is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The app runs entirely on your device using Apple Intelligence; no service, no server, no account.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the author's liability for any damages arising from the app's use or inability to use is limited to the amount you paid Apple for the app.
The Aside source bundle, sold for a one-time fee of $19 USD via Polar (our merchant of record), is licensed to the purchaser under the following terms:

The source bundle has a 7-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. To request a refund, reply to the Polar order-confirmation email within 7 days of purchase. Polar (the merchant of record) processes the refund.
The "Aside" name, app icon, and brand assets are the property of Typing Technology Co. Ltd. Source-bundle purchasers may use the source code under the license above, but the "Aside" brand itself is not transferred — derivative apps must use their own branding.
Aside's privacy practices are described in the Privacy Policy. Short version: the app collects nothing — everything stays on your device.
These terms may be updated occasionally. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change. Material changes that affect existing source-bundle purchasers will be communicated via the Polar customer portal.
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Đà Nẵng, Vietnam, where Typing Technology Co. Ltd. is registered.
